Safety Policies
In order to maintain a safe and appropriate experience for all users, our key policies include:
- •Zero tolerance for any content, user behavior, and/or material depicting, related to, facilitating or perpetrating child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- •Swift action against, including banning, suspension and/or removal of, users and content that violate these standards.
- •Complying with applicable child safety laws, including collaboration with relevant legal authorities and institutions, when appropriate or required, to ensure the safety of children.
Safeguards and Processes
We take child safety seriously and have implemented the following measures:
- •User Reporting Tools: Users can report content or behaviors they find concerning through in-app reporting tools. In-app reporting tools can be accessed at the top right corner of individual polls, alongside individual comments in poll chat, or at the bottom of individual user profile statistics pages. Concerns may also be reported by contacting us directly at the email below.
- •Active Monitoring: Our team actively reviews flagged and reported content to ensure compliance with Child Safety Standards.
- •Content Moderation: We swiftly move to remove any inappropriate content that comes to our attention and violates our policies. Content under review for violating CSAE standards will be preserved as required, and pending necessary investigation.

In cases of urgent and immediate safety concerns, especially those involving children, contacting local law enforcement and emergency service providers should be prioritized.
